A roundtable series bringing together senior women from across StoneX to discuss leadership, resilience, and career development in financial services, from career risks and growth mindsets to representation, mentorship, and personal brand in a fast-paced global industry. Launched off the back of In the Round's success, the series has featured leaders including Fiona Cincotta, Cassie Adolf, Abby Carlson, Amanda Yesionowski, Neha Puri, Dana Grosser, and Aline Perico. I co-created the series, developed the branding, and directed the pilot episode. My team now handles the ongoing editing workflow across long-form and social cuts, while I continue to oversee production. It's a format built to extend what worked with In the Round to a wider set of voices within the business.
