Engineering a bespoke Generative AI pipeline to eliminate external SaaS overhead and accelerate global episodic content delivery.

As our global internal communications expanded, episodic audio and podcasting became a primary driver for employee engagement across multiple international regions. However, scaling this content introduced an operational bottleneck: SaaS Subscription Bloat: The production pipeline relied heavily on multiple external third-party SaaS tools to generate animated audiograms and captioned social assets. Workflow Friction: Manually moving massive raw audio assets between internal corporate storage, external web apps, and localized edit suites created severe turnaround delays across different time zones. Security & Compliance: Processing internal-only executive corporate communications through third-party consumer web applications required strict, repetitive legal vetting.

The Strategy & Execution

Instead of absorbing rising subscription costs or slowing down production velocity, I stepped into a technical producer role to bridge the gap between creative media and software automation. Using VS Code and leveraging Claude LLM for rapid software prototyping, I engineered a proprietary, automated internal audiogram platform from scratch. Key Deliverables & Efficiency Metrics 100% Cost Reduction: Completely eliminated external SaaS platform subscription fees for this pipeline across the global team.
